User Conduct

Post ads for products/services whose use or sale is prohibited by law.
Solicit users by mail, email, voice messages, or fax unless expressly permitted by the user.
Delete or revise material posted by others.
Infringe others’ intellectual property or proprietary rights.
Use automated tools (spiders, robots, crawlers, data-mining) to access, copy, or download any part of the Site unless expressly permitted.
Create a disproportionately large load on the Site without permission.
Engage in disruptive or damaging activity (excessive scripts, viruses, bots, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses, etc.).
Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to non-public areas; disclose/share passwords; or use passwords for unauthorized purposes.

Jurisdiction & Choice of Law (USA)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for all disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises.
